the location proved convenient with the tram stop located just outside the hotel. public transport was easily accessible. i appreciated the early check-in i was granted, it was very helpful. the staff was very kind.

the room was somewhat smaller than i expected.

The location was GREAT. It was close to the transport, restaurants and bakeries. The staff was AMAZING. The bed was very comfortable and the sound proofed windows were GOOD.

I realized I had no slippers or bathrobe. I complained because that was featured on the website. They gave me one small water.
